All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

 

UK orders are sent first class signed for and cost £3.

 

International orders are sent tracked and signed for using Royal Mail and cost £10. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes which international orders may be subject to.

Orders will be despatched as soon as possible, but may take up to 15 working days as we are only a small business and some rings are made to order.

We have recently switched to making rings to order so although we still have some inventory ready to ship immediately, please allow time for made to order rings. We made the decision to switch to reduce waste and let you customise your rings completely.

Please remember there may be delays once your order has been shipped due to various circumstances including Brexit and the ongoing pandemic which are out of our control.

If your order cannot be delivered, for whatever reason, and it is returned to us we can resend your package to you but you will have to cover the costs of reposting your order, or we can refund you the cost of your rings but the postage cost will not be refunded.
